a hit

the fish sticks were a hit.

Of course, when we finished off the box, I thought to myself, I wonder if I could make my own. . .

You totally could and they would be delicious! Or, you could let them remain in the category of "convenience food for mom" and treat yourself every once in a while. There are a few things I just never make at home - breaded chicken, hamburgers, breaded fish - so that when the kids eat them out or I buy them it feels like a treat. Guess hamburgers are an exception during summer grilling. Surround those sticks with veggies/fruit/rice and enjoy throwing the box away as clean up :0) They'd probably love it if you made them as part of an all finger foods meal. Though you may do that alot already, having toddlers!

you are crazy.

Mrs. Pauls makes good sticks.

Just let her have her thing.

You stick to the 3 kids under 4.

Yes, I'm encouraged and returned to sanity by your comments, Parker and Dan! Thank you!
